The 4gb patch has been outdated ever since Skyrim's final update. It's no longer needed.What for Fallout new vegas, I know its bundled with SKSE for Skyrim, so is it the same for NVSE?? Aren't you thinking of shesons memory patch increasing first heap size aka first memory block? It was later integrated into skse and adjusted via .ini file.Skyrim was patched to max 4GB ram by bethesda (before that you needed 3rd party patch). I haven't heard of such update for fallout. ENB or Enboost will allow your game to use more than 4gb for visuals.PS: You can run all: NVSE, 4GB patch, Enb, Stutter Removal with Mod Organizer or Nexus Mod Manager easily. Launch the game with new .exe (script extender or 4gb patch) linked in the MO or NMM dropbox list. Just remember to activate all .esps / archives and update .inis before launching the game.
